Pricing

Prices of services, products and other charges are displayed clearly on our website here and on our booking app here.

Cancellations

We ask you to give 48 hours notice of any cancellations otherwise there will be a charge of 50%.

If you are running late please call or text Allie on 07827 964356. Do not reply to the booking system appointment messages as we do not receive these.

Gift Vouchers 

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date issued.

Please look after your gift voucher, if they are lost we cannot replace them. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

When you use your gift vouchers, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the voucher. Change will not be given. Email me to buy a gift voucher or purchase at your appointment.

Allergies

Please inform your stylist if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service. Patch tests will be required for all new colour clients.

Masks & sanitisation

As per government guidance you are not required to wear a mask during your treatment. Sanitisation stations are placed in the salon so please use them to protect yourself and others.
