Your first appointment is all about getting to know you.
We'll take the time to understand your hair, your lifestyle and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll chat through your hair history, any previous colours or treatments, how much maintenance you'd like and any inspiration you've brought with you.
We believe honest advice and healthy hair go hand in hand, and we'll never recommend something we don't think is right for you.
Most importantly, we want you to relax. Enjoy a drink, take some time for yourself and let us look after the rest.

A Few Tips Before Your Visit
A few simple things can help us give you the very best results.

Photos are always welcome. Images taken in natural light, with realistic colours and a similar hair type to yours, help us understand exactly what you're hoping to achieve.

Previous colour, box dyes, extensions, treatments or breakage... tell us everything!
The more we know about your hair, the better we can care for it.

We'll always recommend what's best for your hair, even if it isn't the quickest route. Beautiful hair starts with healthy hair.

Some appointments can take a little while, so wear something comfortable. If you're having colour, darker clothing is always a good idea, and we'd recommend removing earrings or necklaces beforehand.

Hair by Allie is a hair salon in the heart of Ewell Village, Surrey, welcoming clients from Ewell, Epsom, Stoneleigh, Cheam and the surrounding areas. Many of our clients also travel from further afield to visit us – once you've found a hairdresser you trust, we know they're worth travelling for!

There are a few options for parking.
Outside the Salon- There are FREE parking bays directly outside the salon and on the opposite side of the road.
Nearby Roads - If spaces are full, continue past the salon (with the salon on your left), and you will find parking along this road and in the residential roads on the left further up.
Ewell High Street Pay & Display - A 2-3 minute walk from the salon, charged at £1 per hour. Once you have parked walk to the end of the car park by the pub and use the cut-through, then take a left by The Green Man Pub.

Yes. If you're having a colour service and haven't visited us before, we'll arrange a quick free patch test beforehand.

This depends on the service you're having, but we'll always let you know when you book. Our booking system shows the time you should allow for each service, but any questions please ask.
